Cleeve Common embraces 5,000 years of human history and is a SSSI for geology and habitats. Highlights of this Festival walk includes:
- Bronze Age Cross Dyke
- Iron Age settlements and hillfort
- location of the first Cheltenham Racecourse, and the old sheep dip
- type section of Middle Jurassic Oolite limestones
- diverse habitats and their flora and fauna.
